Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Lori Bagai, DDS
Dr. Bagai graduated with honors receiving a degree in dental surgery from the University of Calcutta, India in 1990. She has been very blessed to have been influenced by Mother Teresa since childhood in Calcutta and has helped out in many ways in all her causes including dentistry.
Dr. Lori Bagai has received honors and awards in branches of oral pathology, microbiology, oral diagnosis and dental radiology. After moving to Southern California, she was a dedicated volunteer dentist at M.E.N.D., a non-profit organization created to provide services that meet the basic human needs of individuals who reside in the Northeast San Fernando Valley.
Dr. Bagai has opened her beautiful state of the art office to indigenous people of Orange County, one Saturday a month, to provide them with free dentistry. She works closely with Western Service Workers Association in this cause.
Dr. Bagai has worked a lot with cleft lip and palate patients and is an avid supporter of the Operation smile foundation that does surgeries at no charge all over the world. Dr. Bagai is proud to be part of the AACA, providing outstanding Invisalign results to my patients.
Dr. Bagai likes to be happy with her team and make the most of every day. She is a fun loving happy go lucky person who likes to spend a lot of her time with her young son and loves traveling.
Dr. Parth Karia, DMD, MA
Dr. Parth Karia is a Southern California native, where he attended Gahr High School in Cerritos, CA. He studied Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of California, San Diego, where he made the decision to pursue dentistry through volunteering in the free dental clinics in San Diego. He then completed a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. After graduating dental school, he moved to the East Coast to pursue an advanced training in hospital dentistry at Stony Brook University General Practice Residency. Following his passion for saving teeth, Dr. Karia successfully completed Endodontics specialty residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Karia has a passion for community service and served as the Clinic Coordinator for 2 years running the Riverside Free Dental Clinic during his dental school providing weekly free dental services to underserved people. During his specialty endodontics residency, Dr. Karia was one of the only 2 residents selected in the country to serve in an International Outreach Dental Mission Trip to Jamaica. He was also active in research and presented his research at an oral presentation at the American Association of Endodontists annual meeting in Montreal, Canada.
He moved back home after his endodontics training to Southern California to be closer to his family. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, watching Lakers games and listening to podcasts. He is also fluent in Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati.
Dr. Eugene Chang, DDS
Dr. Chang earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University, School of Dental and Oral Surgery in New York in 2008. From there, Dr. Chang also did his externship programs at Cornell University and St. Joseph’s Hospital, and has completed his implant training at Harvard University, School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Chang has also advanced to be one of the earliest trained doctors for Pinhole Surgical Technique®.
After returning back to his hometown, Irvine, California, Dr. Chang has been working with offices equipped with state of the art technology in Orange County area for the past eleven years, through which Dr. Chang has gained knowledge in dentistry that enabled him to make the best decisions to bring the most predictable and successful results for his patients.
Dr. Ara Bakian, Periodontist
Dr. Ara Bakian is a board eligible periodontist from Newport Coast, California. Dr. Bakian completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Southern California in 2022.
Dr. Ara Bakian is a board eligible periodontist dedicated to helping patients restore and maintain optimal oral health through expert periodontal care and implant dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care and patient-centered treatment.
Driven by a passion for advanced surgical care, Dr. Bakian pursued specialty training in periodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, one of the nation’s top clinical programs. There, he received extensive education in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease, soft tissue grafting, bone regeneration, and dental implant placement. As well certified for IV Sedation and use of technologies such as periodontal lasers, PRF, and digital equipment for implant planning such as X-Guide. During his residency, he presented at conferences at Harvard Dental School and Tufts Dental School on topics such as Guided Bone Regeneration and All on X Implant Workflows. As well as publications and research on Peri-Implant disease and various Case Reports.
With a commitment to excellence and continuing education, Dr. Bakian stays current with the latest techniques and technologies in periodontology to provide minimally invasive, effective, and long-lasting results. He takes pride in delivering personalized care in a warm, comfortable environment—always placing the patient’s comfort, understanding, and goals at the center of every treatment plan.
Outside the office, Dr. Bakian enjoys playing soccer, attending concerts and eating out to the newest restaurants in the area. Lastly, values building lasting relationships with patients and their families throughout their oral health journey.
Dr. Aditi M. Simlote
Dr. Aditi M. Simlote is a general dentist with over 12 years of clinical experience providing thoughtful, patient-centered care throughout Southern California. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loma Linda University in California, following the completion of her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Chennai, India.
Dr. Simlote offers comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on family dentistry, comfort, quality, and long-term oral health. Known for her gentle approach, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication, she strives to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment.
Outside of the office, Dr. Simlote is deeply committed to giving back to the community and actively volunteers with several non-profit organizations across Orange County. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family and friends—bringing the same warmth and compassion to her personal life that she extends to her patients.
